摘　　要：目的:探讨涤痰汤治疗脑出血患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的动态变化及其临床意义。方法:将?96?例高血压脑出血患者随机分为涤痰汤治疗组和常规治疗组,各?48?例,涤痰汤治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用涤痰汤治疗,常规治疗组行临床常规治疗,一般疗程为3周。所有患者治疗前及治疗后24?h、48?h、72?h、21?d检测血清?NSE?水平。结果:涤痰汤治疗组患者血清NSE?水平在治疗后48?h、72?h、21?d显著降低,与常规治疗组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:涤痰汤可以减轻神经元损伤,显著抑制?NSE?释放,增强神经元对损伤的耐受性,对脑出血患者具有保护作用。Objective：To investigate the dynamic change and its clinical significance of Ditan Decoction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage serum neuron-specific enolase （ NSE ）. Methods ： 96 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into Ditan Decoction treatment group and the conventional treatment group,48 cases in each group. The Ditan Decoction treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy added Ditan Decoction treatment and the conventional treatment group used the routine clinical treatment. The general course was 3 weeks. All patients before treatment and 24 h, 48 h,72 h, 21 d after treatment, the serum NSE levels were detected. Resuh： In the Ditan Decoction group, the serum NSE levels 48 h,72 h,21d after treatment were significantly reduced compared with those of the conventional treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ditan Decoction can reduce neuronal damage and significantly inhibit the NSE release and enhance the neuron damage tolerance, and has a protective effect in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
