摘　　要：文章追溯历代中医传统继承:魏晋自学整理成风,唐宋学府家传并存,金元学说学派相承,明清医案医话研究。并着眼言传身教、模拟仿效;师徒相传、恪守师说;受术诵书、览观杂学的传统继承成方法中提出:学说、学派的学术继承法;源于、高于前人的治学观,凡此对现代师承不无指导意义。This paper retrospects the traditional inheritance method in successive dynasties ： the study independence and sort-out in Wei Jin dynasties; academy and inherited method in Tang and Song dynasties ; the inheritance of schools and doctrines in Jin and Yuan dynasties ; study of medical records in Ming and Qing dynasties. This paper focuses on the method of words and deeds and simulation; monitor legend and abided by the teacher says ; learning the skills and reciting the book and miscellaneous learning, and then puts forward the inherited method of doctrines and schools; and the study views form and beyond the prehominid, and all of these have critical point in modern succession.
