摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎围手术期的中西医结合护理对策。方法:对37例行关节镜清理术的膝关节骨性关节炎患者的护理进行总结,对患者进行心理干预、预防并发症、指导功能锻炼等术前及术后的中西医结合护理。结果:37例患者全部取得较好的治疗效果,无1例并发症的发生。结论:针对关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,中西医结合护理起到了至关重要的作用。Objective ： To explore the nursing countermeasures of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis during the peri operation period. Method ： We summarized the nursing of 37 knee osteoarthritis cases of arthroscopic debridement using traditional Chinese and Western medicine methods before and after operation, such as psychological intervention, prevention of complications, guiding functional exercise and so on. Results ： All the 37 patients got better treatment effect without complications. Conclusion ： For the arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis, nursing with combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine plays a crucial role.
