摘 要:目的研究肉苁蓉总苷(glycosidesofcistanche,GC)对兔失血性休克/再灌注(hemorrhagicshock/reperfusion ,S/R)损伤时脂质过氧化 (lipidperoxidation)的影响。方法应用家兔S/R模型 ,观察血浆中过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列环素 (PGI2)代谢产物的浓度以及GC对上述指标的影响。结果与假手术组比较 ,S/R组LPO、TXB2 明显升高 ,SOD、6 -酮 -PGF1α 明显降低 ,TXB2 浓度与LPO含量呈正相关 (r=0.941 ,P<0.01),GC可逆转上述指标的变化。Objective To study the effect of glycosides of cistanche on lipid peroxidation in hemorrhagic shock/reperfusion injury(S/R).Method Changes of several parameters and effects of GC on it were observed with hemorrhagic shock/reperfusion injury (S/R) rabbit model, parameters of which included LPO, SOD, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.Result LPO and TXB2 increased significantly(P<0.01), SOD and 6-keto-PGF1α decreased significantly(P<0.01) in S/R group compared with sham group.The level of plasma TXB2 was positively correlated with LPO content(r=0.941,P<0.01). With treatment of GC , the abnormal changes of all above parameters were diminished remarkably(P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion GC has protective effect on hemorrhagic shock/reperfusion injury.
