摘　　要：为获得一个快速简洁、经济实用的提取全血总RNA的方法.我们以羊血液为试材,通过经典Trizol法比较直接从全血中提取总RNA和裂解红细胞后提取RNA的结果,采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测其纯度和完整性,分光光度计检测浓度及含量.红细胞裂解液处理后,Trizol法提取的总RNA质量高,电泳条带整齐、清晰,测得A260/A280值在1.8～2.0,为分子生物学后续实验实用性和普遍推广奠定了基础.In order to obtain a fast and simple , economical and practical method which isolated total RNA from whole blood. We used sheep whole blood have different treatment that＂ anticoagulants and erythrocyte lysis , and then extracted RNA by Trizol single - step method. Blood total RNA was analyzed with UV speetrophotometer and agarose gel electrophoresis. Result showed that the integrality and high purity of extracted total RNA can meet the demand of molecular biology experiment.
