摘　　要：目的　通过对乙肝病毒血清标志物 (HBV- M) 6种少见模式检测结果的回顾性研究 ,观察这些模式在实验室检测中的变化。方法　统计不同年度 HBV- M模式的检测结果 ,计算 6种少见模式在 HBV- M检测中所占百分比 ,比较其在各个不同年度检出率的变化。结果　统计结果显示 6种少见模式检出率从 1994年度各占 HBV- M总数的 0 .2 %～ 2 .3%下降至 1998年度的 0 %～ 0 .4%。6种少见模式百分比总和从 1994年度的 8.8%减少为 1998年度的 1.1%。结论　 6种 HBV-Objective\ The HBV M (Marks of Hepatitis B Virus) in serum were detected The changs of the HBV M viral modles in the six kinds of uncommon types were observed Method\ At first the HBV M viral modles in totals were calculeted from the data of our hospital in the year of 1994,1996,1998 Then the perentages of the HBV M uncommon modles in the years were compared with each other Results\ The six kinds of HBV M viral modles,which are uncommon,were changed obviously These modles were decreased from 0 2%~2 3% in 1994 to 0%~0 4% in 1998 The perentages in the totals of HBV M were changed from 8 8% in 1994 to 1 1% in 1998 Conclutions\ These uncommon HBV M viral modles are reducing from year to year \ \
