摘  要:多糖是灵芝的主要活性物质,具有抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和提高免疫力等功效。随着灵芝多糖已渗入到药品、保健品、化装品和食品等领域,多糖的提取逐渐成为人们研究的主要问题。同时,人们对多糖的重要活性物质有了新的认识。随着多糖的提取、结构、药理学及临床学研究的不断深入,灵芝及灵芝多糖将具有更广阔的前景。Abstract Polysaccharide is the main active substance of Ganoderma lucidum, which has the effects of antioxidant, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, anti-tumor, anti-virus, improve immunity and so on. In recent years, the extraction methods of polysaccharide become the focus of research, while Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide has been applied to drugs, health products, cosmetics, food and other fields. In addition, people have a further understanding of the active substances such as polysaccharide, with studying on extraction, structure, pharmacology and clinical of polysaccharides more and more. Ganoderma lucidum and polysaccharide have broad application prospects and great research value consequentially.
