摘　　要：从区域视角分析医疗服务供给者的系统定位和利益关系,建立成本分摊机制,在明晰主体间利益变化的基础上运用合作博弈思想构建区域医疗服务供给成本分摊博弈模型。通过Shapley值计算区域医疗服务供给合作联盟中各主体所承担的供给成本。最后结合实例进行博弈演算和分析,设计该地区的成本分摊机制。From a regional perspective, it is imperative to define the systematic identities of various health care provid- ers in a community health service system, to determine and clarify their interests, and accordingly to establish a cost - sharing model based on the concept of co - opetition or the competitive game theory. Here in this paper, we propose to design a cost - sha- ring mechanism for various involving medical institutions within a regional community health service system, through the calcula- tion of the Shapley value of each institution in combination with analysis of some real - world samples.
