穴位敷贴配合药物流产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴配合药物流产的临床效果。方法于2012年3—7月将在我院妇科计划生育门诊就诊且自愿要求终止妊娠的健康早孕妇女240例使用随机排列表分为穴位敷贴组、生化汤组和西药组,各80例。比较3组的流产效果、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血量、出血天数、月经复潮情况、药流药物副作用。结果穴位敷贴组完全流产人数为75人,剧烈腹痛人数为1人,孕囊排出时间为(2.01±0.80)h,阴道出血天数为(9.48±3.41)d;西药组完全流产人数为74人,剧烈腹痛人数为7人,孕囊排出时间为(3.17±1.15)h,阴道出血天数为(13.12±3.79)d;生化汤组完全流产人数为60人,剧烈腹痛人数为8人,孕囊排出时间为(3.16±1.03)h,阴道出血天数为(9.51±3.43)d,3组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴配合药物流产效果好,可减轻药物流产副作用,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture in combination with medications early abor- tion induction. Methods Two hundred and forty healthy pregnant women seekingearly pregnancy termination were randomized to undergo early pregnancy termination with oral western medicine （n = 80） between March and July, 2012 at family plannimg clin- ic in our hospital, herbal remedies （ n = 80 ） and acupoint application （ n = 80 ） . Outcomes were comparatively ana- lyzed. Results In acupoint application group, the number of complete abortion cases was 75, the number of cases of severe ab- dominal pain was 1, the average gestational sac discharge time was （2. 01± 0. 80） h, and the average vaginal bleeding time was （9.48±3.41） days. Correspondingly, these measures were74, 7, （3.17±1.15） h, and （13.12±3.79） day, respectively in oral western medicine group, and were 60, 8, （ 3.16 ± 1.03 ） h, and （ 9. 51± 3.4 ） days in herbal remedies group, respectively. The differences in these measures between the three groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Ac- upuncture in combination with oral western medicine as a novel approach of early abortion is associated with reduced risk ofadverse events and its wide aulication is highly recommended.
