摘　　要：通过文献资料调研、原野调查等方法,对武陵山片区少数民族传统体育文化内涵、资源现状、传承与发展规划进行系统的梳理,并结合片区少数民族传统体育文化资源的优势、劣势,探究片区少数民族传统体育文化资源的构想与思路。Through the methods of literature data and investigation, this paper exported the ideas and thoughts of minorities traditional sport culture resource in mountain area after sorted out the connotation, present situa- tion, inheritance, and development planning of minorities traditional sporting culture in Wuling mountain area, and combined with the advantages and disadvantages in this area.
