农药学重点实验室开放实验教学与创新人才培养探索实践

摘　　要：重点实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是高等院校进行科研活动的主力军。贵州大学绿色农药与农业生物工程国家重点实验室培育基地和教育部重点实验室充分利用我国西南山区特色资源,在绿色农药设计与合成、靶标发现与作用机制研究、有机合成方法学研究、有害生物持续控制研究等研究方向上形成了自己的特色和优势,取得了一批重要的研究成果,已成为我国新农药创制、农作物重大病虫害防控技术研究与人才培养的重要基地。围绕国家和地方经济建设对创新人才的迫切需求,充分利用实验室的项目优势、平台优势和技术力量,面向省内本科生和研究生开放,取得了良好的效果。本文通过对近几年实验室开放实验教学工作的总结,探讨了重点实验室开放实验教学在创新人才培养所起的作用。Key Labs are the important components of the national technology innovating system and the main of scientific research in academic institutes and universities. By making full utilization of resources in China southwest mountainous area, the Key Lab （State Key Laboratory Breeding Base of make full utilization of re sources in China southwest mountainous area and Green Pesticide and Agricultural Bioengineering, Key Labora tory of Green Pesticide, ＂The Key Lab＂ for short） has formed its own characteristic on various research field, including design and synthesis of green pesticide, target discovery and mechanism of action mode, organic syn thetic methods, research on sustainable management of crop pests and etc. , and has gained a large number of a chievements.
