天津市社区居民对家庭病床知晓度及意愿性调查

摘　　要：目的了解天津市社区居民对家庭病床的知晓情况和开展家庭病床的意愿性,并分析其影响因素,为开展家庭病床服务提供依据。方法于2012年5—9月,采用目的抽样方法,抽取天津市内六区12家社区共219名18周岁及以上的社区居民进行问卷调查,统计居民对家庭病床知晓度及意愿性并进行分析。结果 219名社区居民中有58.9%(129/219)听说过家庭病床,36.5%(80/219)的居民知道家庭病床确切概念,71.7%(157/219)的居民愿意接受家庭病床服务;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,影响天津市社区居民对家庭病床服务意愿性的因素有:家庭月人均收入(β=0.433)、就医过程中是否感到困难(β=-0.721)、是否知道家庭病床确切概念(β=1.217)、是否应该开展家庭病床服务(β=0.797)、是否接受过家庭病床服务(β=0.387)。结论天津市社区居民对家庭病床的知晓度不高,意愿性强。影响家庭病床意愿性的因素为家庭月人均收入、就医过程中是否感到困难、是否知道家庭病床确切概念、是否应该开展家庭病床服务、是否接受过家庭病床服务。应该加大对社区开展家庭病床的宣传力度,提高社区居民对家庭病床的知晓度。Objective This study aimed to study the awareness and acceptance of hospital at home in community residents in Tianjin.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 219 adult residents （＞ 18 years in age） who were selected from 12 communities in 6 administrative districts in Tianjin by a purposive sampling method between May and September,2012.Statistical awareness and willingness to the hospital at home.The acquired data were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS.Results Of the 219 survey participants,58.9％ had heard of hospital at home,and 36.5％ knew the nature and services of hospital at home,and 71.7％ their acceptance of hospital at home.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness of hospital at home is associated with household income （β =0.433）,unpleasant experience in the course of seeking healthcare （β =-0.721）,useful information about hospital at home （β =1.217）,advantages of the service in hospital at home （β =0.797）,and previous use of services in hospital at home （β =0.387）.Conclusion Currently,the awareness of hospital at home is not high among community residents in Tianjin,but the intention is strong.Affecting factors of hospital at home are household income,unpleasant experience in the course of seeking healthcare,useful information about hospital at home,advantages of the service in hospital at home,and previous use of services in hospital at home.which needs to be further increased through more extensive education and propaganda.
