摘 要:利用江西等10省(市)802份农民工调查数据,采用聚类分析法对农民工择业政策需求优先序进行考查,研究发现,提供各种就业信息、建立最低工资制度和提供就业技能培训是农民工最迫切需求的政策。分析农民工择业政策需求的影响因素,研究结果表明,不同个体特征农民工对政策的需求存在一定差异,不同区域农民工对政策的需求存在显著差异,不同企业农民工对政策的需求也存在差异。另外,家庭人口、是否有亲属在政府部门对农民工择业政策需求也有影响,而家中是否有老人、参加同乡会对农民工择业政策需求的影响不显著。Firstly, this paper carried an empirical analysis on the priority of peasant workers' employment policy demand by using cluster analysis, according to survey data of 802 peasant workers in 10 provinces. The result implied that peasant workers paid most attention to employment information, the minimum wage system and employment skills training. The paper then anlyzed the influencing factors of peasant workers' employment policy demand. Results showed that peasant workers who owned different individual characteristics demanded different policies. Employment area and the nature of enterprises had significant influence on the peasant workers' policy demand. In addition, family population and whether have relatives in the government also influences peasant workers' employment policy demand; whether they had the old in family and whether they participate in the fellow associations are not the significant influencing factors of peasant workers' employment policy demand.
