摘 要:改革开放以来,我国农村商品流通产业无论在规模、速度还是经济效益及社会贡献等方面都出现了较好的发展态势。计划经济时代以国合商业为基础的农村流通体制迅速瓦解,在去组织化的过程中出现了个体户、民营企业等多个经营主体,农村流通主体多元化格局初步形成。另外,农村商品流通主体众多,存在盲目设点、过度竞争现象,新的流通组织体系尚未建立,亟待加强顶层设计形成,整合各种网络资源,实现再组织化,突出主渠道,支持多元化。Since reform and opening up, we have made great achievements in the development of rural commodity circulation industry in terms of size and speed, economic profit and social contribution. Rural circulation system based on national and cooperative company in the planned economy era was rapidly disintegrated. Self-employed, private enterprises and other business entities appeared and shaped the diversification of the rural circulation pattern. On the other hand, there were some problems with the old rural commodity circulation system, such as the too many main players, the blindly construction and the overdue competition. The new circulation system has not yet been established and it is urgent task for us to strengthen the top level design, integrate all sorts of internet resources, realize the reorganization, give full play to main channel and give support to diversification.
