摘 要:目的了解贵州省男性青年骨代谢生化标志物的特点及影响因素,为研究贵州省青少年生长发育提供参考资料。方法选取来自贵州省各地区426名18—20岁的男性青年,检测骨钙素(OC)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、血清钙磷水平及身高和体重。结果男青年OC,BAP及身高与体重呈正相关,高海拔地区与低海拔地区男性青年的各项测定指标差异无统计学意义;汉族男青年OC,BAP及身高,体重均高于少数民族,差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05)。家庭经济条件和父母文化程度对OC,BAP,身高和体重的影响具有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05)。结论贵州地理海拔高度对男性青年骨形成生化标志物及主要形态指标的影响较小,种族遗传是主要影响因素,家庭经济条件和父母文化程度对男性青年骨形成生化标志物及身高体重有影响。Objective To investigate the characteristics and associated factors of biochemical markers of bone metabolism among young men in Guizhou, and to provide basic data for human growth and development. Methods Using cluster random sampling method, about 426 young men aged 18-20 years old from Guizhou Province were selected. Levels of osteocalcin(OC) , bone alkaline phosphatase ( BAP ), total calcium, phosphorus, height and weight were tested. Results Positive correlations were found in OC, BAP, height and weight. There was no significant difference in all indices between different altitude regions. Men of Han nationality had higher level in OC, BAP height and weight than those of minorities. The influences of family economic status and parental educational level on OC, BAP, height and weight were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Geographical altitude has little effect on the biochemical markers of bone formation and morphological indices among youth men in Guizhou province. Genetic inheritance, family economic status and parental educational level might have important influence on biochemical markers of bone formation and morphology among male young adults.
