摘　　要：目的探讨放疗技师在射波刀治疗过程中对安全控制的重要作用。方法分析治疗过程中可能出现的不安全因素及处理方法。结果射波刀治疗过程虽是通过设备完成,但放疗技师不仅是治疗计划的执行者,也是机器设备的操作者,如何保证射波刀治疗过程中的安全质量和治疗质量,放疗技师起着关键性的作用。结论放疗技师业务水平和素质的高低直接影响着射波刀治疗病人的治疗质量和安全质量。Objective To discuss the role of radiotherapists in the process of Cyberknife treatment. Methods Analysed the risks during the Cyberknife treatment and proposed relevant solutions. Results Although the Cyberknife treatment process is completed through the device, but the radiotherapists is not only a performer, but also the equipment operator. They have a crucial effect on how to ensure safety and quality in the process of Cyberknife treatment. Conclusion The competence of radiotherapists has direct impacts on the treatment quality and security quality in the Cyberknife treatment process.
