摘　　要：目的探讨DQP-1型电动取皮刀临床应用的安全性及有效性。方法将120名符合入组条件的患者随机分为试验组(DOP型电动取皮刀组)和对照组(8821000型电动取皮机组),根据试验设定的有效性和安全性指标评价两者的有效性和安全性。结果有效性指标中,两组仅在创面出血量方面具有统计学差异(P<0.05);全部受试者在整个临床验证过程中均未出现不良状况。结论 DQP-1型电动取皮刀能够安全、有效地运用于烧伤及整形等外科手术的表层皮片和中厚皮片的切取。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of DQP-1 type electric dermatome. Methods 120 patients were selected and randomly divided into trial group （DQP-1 type electric dermatome group） and control group （8821000 type electric dermatome group）. The clinical effectiveness and safety of the two instruments were investigated according to the given indicators. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on the amount of bleeding （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse event during the whole trial process of the two groups. Conclusion It is safe and effective to use DQP-1 type electric dermatome to obtain and split epidermal skin graft and thick skin grail of surgeries such as burn surgery and plastic surgery.
