摘　　要：研制了一种适用于活动受限患者的新型胸穿支撑装置,该装置稳定性好、拆卸方便、胸穿包放置位置得当,符合无菌操作要求,解决了不能保持固定支撑体位的患者的胸部穿刺困难问题,减少了胸穿并发症的发生,值得临床推广。This paper introduces the development process of a new-type support device for pleurocentesis which is suitable for patients with physical limitations. It is difficult for the patients who can＇t keep the support position to complete pleurocentesis. However, this problem is solved with the application of the new-type support device which can meet the requirements of sterile operation with good stability, simple disassembling method and properly placed thoracentesis set. Thus the complications of pleurocentesis can be reduced with the application of the device which is worth being promoted in hospitals.
