摘  要:输入-状态稳定(ISS)理论可以通过子系统的稳定属性判断互联系统的稳定属性,尤其便于分析拓扑多变的独立电力系统稳定性,而如何得到设备的ISS/输入-输出稳定(IOS)属性并使之具有较小保守性是其应用的前提。介绍了利用L∞范数表示的ISS定义式及其等价形式——积分-积分估计。考虑到电力系统中保护的反时限特性,提出利用积分-积分估计分析电力设备ISS/IOS属性,并以可运行区间为参考以应对不同互联结构下平衡点不唯一的问题。提出利用仿真测定子系统稳定属性的方法。通过PSCAD仿真软件利用2种等价形式对发电机与电动机子系统进行稳定属性分析,仿真结果证明了积分-积分估计更适合电力设备的IOS分析。ISS(Input-to-State Stability) theory judges the stability of a system according to the stabilities of its interconnected subsystems,especially suitable for the stability analysis of an independent power system with variable topology,and to acquire the ISS/IOS(Input-to-Output Stability) property of equipment and make it less conservative is the prerequisites of its application.The definition of ISS represented as the L∞ norm and its equivalence,the integral-integral estimate,are introduced.Because of the inverse time character of relaying protection devices,the integral-integral estimate is applied to analyze the ISS/IOS property of electric power equipment and the applicable range is used as reference to deal with the nonunique equilibrium point during topology change.It is proposed to estimate the ISS property of subsystem by simulation.Two equivalent methods are applied to estimate the ISS properties of generator and motor subsystems with PSCAD simulation software and results show the proposed integral-integral estimate is more suitable for the IOS analysis of electric power equipments.
