摘 要::[目的 ]探讨混苯对人体脂质过氧化的作用以及混苯作业人员早期损害的生物学检测指标。 [方法 ]选择 133名长期从事喷漆作业的工人和 16 9名无接尘、接毒史的工人为研究对象。用常规方法进行血红蛋白测定和白细胞计数 ,并对血清中MDA含量和SOD、GSH Px活力进行测定。 [结果 ]两组间血红蛋白测定和白细胞计数的异常检出率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。MDA含量及其异常检出率两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,且随着工龄的增长 ,接触组MDA含量明显增加 (P <0 0 5 )。接触组SOD活性及其异常检出率较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,而GSH Px活性和其异常检出率却显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ]长期接触低浓度混苯 ,将导致MDA含量和SOD活性增加及GSH Px活性下降 。Objective] The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism of lipid peroxidation induced by benzene and sensitive indices of biological monitoring in workers exposed to benzene,toluene and xylene. [Methods] 133 painters and 169 workers non exposed to poison or dust were examined. WBC and Hb were routinely measured. At the same time,serum level of MDA,activities of SOD and GSH Px were determined. [Results] Abnormal rates of WBC and Hb were not significant ( P >0 05) among groups. The MDA level in the benzene exposed workers was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0 01),the MDA level in the exposed group was more and more higher than that in control group with aging ( P <0 05). The SOD activity and it’s abnormal rate in the exposed workers were higher than those in control group ( P <0 01),but the GSH Px activity and it’s abnormal rate were significantly lower in exposed group ( P <0 01). [Conclusion] Benzene exposure at low concentration for long time leads to incsease in the level of MDA and the activities of SOD,but the activity of GSH Px decreased. These changes occurred earlier than the abnormal count of WBC appeared.
