虫草菌丝对苯中毒小鼠白细胞数的影响

摘　　要：:[目的 ]观察虫草菌丝对苯中毒小鼠白细胞数的影响。 [方法 ]昆明种小鼠经静式吸入苯 (11 2mg/L空气 ,3h/d× 2 1d) ,造成小鼠白细胞数低下的动物模型 ,尔后将它们分为 4组 ,1组为对照组 ,另 3组经口灌服虫草菌丝提取液 ,分高、中、低剂量组。检查小鼠染毒前后和虫草菌丝治疗前后周围血液中白细胞数量的变化。 [结果 ]口服虫草菌丝提取液的小鼠其周围血液中白细胞数恢复至染毒前水平 (P >0 0 5 )。 [结论Objective] The aim is to study the effects of Cordyceps sinensis Mycelia on the number of white blood cells in mice exposed to benzene.[Methods] The experimental mice were exposed to benzene by inhalation at a concentration of 11 2mg/L,3h/d×21d and then the mice were divided into four groups,one group as control group,other three groups were given Cordyceps Sinensis Mycelia tonic orally as treatment groups (high,middle and low dose).Measurements of changes in the WBC were made both pre and post exposure and treatment.[Results] The number of WBC in the peripheral blood in treatment groups returned to normal level( P >0 05).[Conclusion] Cordyceps Sinensis Mycelia tonic could obviously increase the number of WBC in benzene poisoned mice.
