摘  要:公共选修课对打通学科壁垒、提高学生综合素质起到至关重要的作用,然而公共选修课教学管理与教学质量问题一直困扰着广大新建本科院校。通过调研与问卷,从教学管理、教师及学生3个层面对目前存在的问题进行了归纳分析。新建本科院校完善教学管理制度、加强政策引导是破解公共选修课问题的关键,探索提高认知、加强课程建设、规范管理、开展课程评价及选课指导是解决问题的具体方法。经实践检验,上述方法对提升公共选修课教学管理与教学质量具有显著效果。Public electives play a crucial role in breaking disciplinary barriers and improving students' comprehensive qualities, however, the teaching administration and teaching quality have been the problems to perplex the newly upgraded universities. Investigations and questionnaires have been carried out to summarize the existing problems from three aspects: teaching administration, teachers and students. Analysis shows that the key solutions to public electives in newly upgraded universities lie in the improvement of teaching administration and enhancement of policy guidance, and five concrete methods could be explored which are cognition improvement, curriculum construction strengthening, administration standardization, curriculum evaluation development and course selection guidance. Practice proves the above methods effective in improving the teaching administration and teaching quality of public electives.
