摘 要:利用差分脉冲伏安法优化选择了酵母RNA与毛地黄黄酮的作用条件,发现在0.1~10μg/L的范围内,峰电流增强的程度与酵母RNA的浓度呈线性关系,最低检出限为0.071μg/L。该法对鲜酵母中RNA的实际检测结果令人满意。同时,利用紫外光谱法、电化学法探讨了二者之间的作用机理,结果表明二者之间存在着静电作用,且毛地黄黄酮在玻碳电极上发生了2电子的传递行为,并发现其在电极上的反应受到扩散作用控制。In this work,the conditions of yeast RNA and lute- olin were optimized by using differential pulse voltammetry. It was found that there was a linear relationship between the concentrations of yeast RNA with the increased peak current in 0. 1 - 10 μg/L range. And the detection limit is 0. 071 μg/L. The actual detection in fresh yeast RNA was satisfacto- ry. At the same time,the mechanism between them was stud- ied by UV speetrophotometry and electrochemical method. There is electrostatic interaction between luteolin and yeast RNA. There were two electrons interaction on glassy carbon e- lectrode and the reaction on the electrode was controlled by diffusion.
