摘　　要：当前土地细碎化造成的农业生产低效率,农村精壮劳动力转移造成的农业劳动力流失,农业劳动力代际传承的断裂以及发展低碳农业经济等均需要发展农地规模经营。通过对湖南部分农户农地流转情况的调查分析,找出制约农地规模流转的原因,并提出了农地规模化经营的解决措施。The low efficiency caused by Land fragmentation, the loss of rural labor caused by labor transfer, the breakage of intergenerational inheritance of rural labor and the development of low carbon agricultural economy all need the development of farmland scale management. Through the investigation and analysis on the situation of farmland transfer in parts of Hunan, this paper finds out the reasons which restrict the scale of farmland conversion and puts forward the measures to solve the farmland scale management.
