“十二五”后期安徽林业产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：通过实地调研安徽林业产业发展的现况,在分析林业产业结构特点、主要林产品产量及变化趋势,特别是"十二五"后期安徽林业产业发展,并应用SWOT分析的基础上,针对存在的问题和风险因素,结合已取得的经验和面临的发展机遇,提出安徽省在"十二五"后期发展林业产业的八点对策:生态优先,完善林业产业发展规划;转型升级,推进林业产业绿色增长;改革创新,激发林业产业发展活力;政策落实,确保林业产业稳步推进;技术创新,强化林业产业科技支撑;因地制宜,加速林业产业园区建设;金融支持,增添林业产业发展动力;积极拓展,扩大林业产业外向维度。Through much field investigation of the stares of forestry industry development （FID） in Anhui province, and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the forestry industry structure, and the yield and its tendency of the forestry products, especially the SWOT analysis of the experiences, opportunities, existing problem and risks for FID in the later stage of ＂the Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ in Anhui Province, the paper raised the following recommendations for FID： （1） insisting the priority of ecological effects, to improve the phnning; （2） transformation and upgrading, to promote the green increase; （3） reforming and innovating, to stimulate the vitality; （4） policy realization, to ensure the stable promotion; （5） technical improving, to strengthen ST support; （6） matching local conditiom, to construct forestry industry districts; （7） monetary support, to steer the motivation; （8） active expansion, to broaden the external dimension. The paper is referred for the healthy and highly effective FID.
