湖北十堰汉江生态经济带建设研究

摘　　要：湖北省十堰市作为国家南水北调中线工程核心水源区,汉江流经十堰市的5个县市区,中线年调水总量的90%来自汉江。文章认为建设十堰汉江生态经济带,加快以保生态、保水质为目标,以生态修复、生态资源蓄积、污染防治为主要内容的生态文明示范区建设,是十堰水源区区域经济转型升级发展的必然选择。分析了十堰汉江生态经济带的现实基础,指出要以创建国家生态文明示范为目标,坚持生态优先,坚持绿色发展,优化城镇布局,强化交通支撑。Shiyan city, Hubei province as the national core of south-to-north water transfer project in catchment areas, the Hart river flows through the five counties of Shiyan, the 90% of the total annual water diversion from the Hart river. The construction of Shiyan river ecological economic zone, speed up to ecology, water quality as the goal, with the accumttlation of ecological restoration, ecological resources, and pollution prevention as the main content of ecological civilization construction demonstration area in Shiyan is the inevitable choice of transformation and upgrading of the regional economic development. This paper analyzes the flow of Shiyan river ecological eco- nomic zone is the production base, pointed out that to create a national ecological civilization as the goal, insist on the ecological priority, insist on green development, optimizing the urban layout, strengthen transportation support.
