摘 要:目的调查二连浩特口岸鼠体寄生蜱种群组成及自然感染病原体情况。方法从捕获的鼠体上收集寄生蜱,提取单只蜱DNA基因组及总RNA,采用PCR或RT-PCR方法检测莱姆病螺旋体、Q热立克次体、巴贝西原虫、斑点热立克次体、无形体、森林脑炎病毒、布尼亚病毒、克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒。结果共采集鼠体寄生蜱152只,分别为草原血蜱、银盾革蜱和亚东璃眼蜱,其中草原血蜱为优势种,占捕获总数的98.03%。从草原血蜱、银盾革蜱和亚东璃眼蜱中检测到斑点热立克次体19份,检出率为12.50%,其他病原体检测均为阴性。结论二连浩特口岸地区存在斑点热立克次体自然疫源地。Objective To investigate the species of ticks parasitizing wild rodents and tick-borne pathogens at Erenhot port. Methods Ticks were collected from captured field rats, and genomic DNA and total RNA were extracted from each tick. PCR and RT-PCR were used to detect Borrelia burgdoferi, Q fever rickettsia, Babesia microti, spotted fever group rickettsia (SFGR), Anaplasma, Russian spring-summer Encephalitis virus, Bunyavirus, and Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus. Results A total of 152 parasitic ticks were collected, including Haemaphysalis verticalis, Dermacentor niveus, and Hyalomma asiaticum, and H. verticalis was the dominant species, accounting for 98.03% of all captured ticks. Nineteen cases of SFGR were detected among H. verticalis, D. niveus, and H. asiaticum, with a detection rate of 12.50%, but the other seven species of pathogens were not detected. Conclusion There are natural loci of SFGR in the area of Erenhot port.
