摘  要:【目的】探究PPARγ基因编码区多态性与家兔生长性状的关联性。【方法】采用直接测序检测PPARγ基因编码区变异位点,利用PCR-RFLP技术对352只家兔(新西兰271只,艾格81只)PPARγ基因的候选SNP进行基因分型。【结果】在家兔PPARγ基因编码区只检测到一个同义突变位点c.207A>C,CC基因型个体70日龄体重显著高于AC基因型个体(P<0.05)。且CC基因型个体35到70日龄的平均日增重极显著高于AC、AA基因型个体(P<0.01)。【结论】PPARγ可作为影响家兔生长性状的候选基因。[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the association between the Poly- morphisms of coding region of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARy) gene and growth traits. [Method] The polymorphisms in coding region of PPARγ were detected by di- rect sequencing and the genotyping for candidate SNP was performed on 352 rabbits including 271 New Zealand White rabbits and 81 Etam rabbits. [Results] Only one single nucleotide polymorphism, c. 207A〉C was detected in the coding region of PPARF. The body weight at 70 days of CC genotype individuals was significantly higher than that of AC genotype individuals (P〈0.05). In addition, the average daily gain (ADG) from 35 days to 70 days of genotype CC was highly sig- nificantly different from genotypes AA (P〈0.01) and AC (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] PPARγ could be a candidate gene affecting the growth traits in rabbits.
