成都鞋企转型升级探析

摘　　要：近几年,外销市场形式严峻,成都鞋企出口压力大;国内经济结构调整加快,"外阻内压"明显增大。成都鞋企如何成功实现外销向内销的转型升级,已成为成都制鞋产业关注的重点。本文详细分析了成都鞋企现状,并提出了针对性的策略,为成都鞋企转型升级提供可借鉴的建议。Nowadays, Chengdu shoe exporting becomes more and more difficult because of the deterioration of international trade environment. And with the adjustment of domestic economic structure, the trend for east shoes westward is clearly. How to deal with these problems and achieve the transformation and upgrad-ing has becomes the main concern for Chengdu shoe industries. This paper analyzes the current situation of Chengdu shoe, and try to propose some specific measures for the survival and development of Chengdu shoe.
