低噪声强排式燃气热水器的研究

摘　　要：介绍我国燃气热水器的发展历程及燃气热水器的噪声来源,探讨低噪声强排式燃气热水器的创新设计（改变风机的电机形式、改变风机安装及散热方式、优化控制程序）,将低噪声强排式燃气热水器与传统强排式燃气热水器进行噪声对比.低噪声强排式燃气热水器噪声比市场上的传统强排式燃气热水器主流机型低4～10 dB以上,且烟道堵塞保护功能更智能、更可靠.The development course of gas water course in China and its noise sources are introduced. The innovative designs of low noise and forced exhaust- type gas water heater that change fan electromechanical type, change fan installation and heat radiation mode and optimize control program are discussed. When the noise of low noise and forced exhaust-type gas water heater is compared with noise of traditional forced ex- haust-type gas water heater, the noise of low noise and forced exhaust-type gas water heater is 4 to 10 dB lower than noise of mainstream models of the traditional forced exhaust-type gas water heater in the market, and its flue blocking protection function is more intelligent and reliable.
