摘 要:为研究内燃灶炉腔内气体的流动状态,利用流体分析前处理软件GAMBIT建立炉腔流场的三维几何模型,并通过计算流体力学FLUENT软件,基于层流计算状态下的组分输运模型,对炉腔内的气流进行数值模拟。随着燃气阀开度增大,燃烧器上方气体流速增大,可能导致点火困难;炉腔内靠近排气导管一侧气体流速大,会造成炉板温度分布不均。通过软件模拟,形象地呈现了炉腔内的流场状态。The three-dimensional geometric model of flow field in combustion chanaber is buih up by fluid analysis pre-processing software GAMBIT to study the gas flow state in combustion chamber of inter- hal combustion cooker. Through computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, the gas flow in the conlhustion chamber is numerically simulated based on the c, omponent transport model under the laminar flow cal- culation state. The flow velocity of gas above the burn- er inereases with increasing the opening degree of the gas valve, which may cause ignition difficuhies. The temperature of cooker plate distributes unevenly he- cause the gas velocity near the side of exhaust duel is larger than the other sides in the combustion chamber. The flow field state in the combustion chamber is visu- ally demonstrated by software simulation.
