摘　　要：阐述自力式切断阀的分类和工作原理,介绍行业标准CJ/T 335—2010《城镇燃气切断阀和放散阀》的检验要求,以某型号自力式切断阀产品为例,详述5项检验项目的检验内容和检验方法——切断压力精度等级试验、响应时间试验、复位压差试验、极限温度适应性试验、耐用性试验,分析各种试验条件对切断阀性能的影响,提出了相关建议。The classification and working princi- ple of self-operated slam-shut valve are expounded. The inspection requirements in the industry standards namely Slam-shut Valves and Relief Valves for City Gas （ CJ/T 335 - 2010） are introduced. Taking a certain type of self-operated slam-shut valve for example, the inspection contents and methods of five inspection i- tems including shut-off pressure precision grade test, response time test, reset differential pressure test, limit temperature adaptability test and durability test are de- tailed. The influence of various test conditions on slam- shut valve performance is analyzed, and the related suggestions are put forward.
