摘　　要：文章分析了中国工程物理研究院（以下简称中物院）核技术与安全培训体系建设的必要性，提出了中物院核技术与安全培训体系建设的基本思路和初步方案，以期对中物院核技术与安全培训工作提供参考。The article analyzes the necessity of nuclear technology and safety training system development, puts forward some basic thinking and preliminary scheme of the training system construction of nuclear technology and security in CAEP, in order to provide reference for the training work of nuclear technology and security in CAEP.
