摘  要:川东地区气田为高压、高产和高含硫的"三高"气田,井控风险很大。由于井内为有毒气体,压井时钻具距离井底较远,钻具内通道堵塞等原因,常规压井方法无法实施,须采用非常规压井技术。文中探讨了非常规压井技术的应用条件,推荐了复杂条件下非常规压井技术的施工方法。泰来2井在井深5 430 m短起下钻时发生溢流,因处置不当致使大量气体进入井筒,又因硫化氢腐蚀导致钻具在距井口1 546.82 m处发生氢脆折断,关井套压高达43.12 MPa,应用非常规压井技术成功压稳气层,解除了井控险情。该技术的成功应用,为今后空井压井积累了一定的经验。In east Sichuan Area, the gas fields have the characteristics of high pressure, high yield and high sulfur, the risk of well control is very high. Because there are toxic gases when killing the well, drilling is far away from the downhole and the drill channel is blocked, the conventional well killing methods can not be implemented and the unconventional well control technique must be used. This paper discusses the application conditions of the unconventional well control technique, recommends the method of uneonventional well control technique in complex conditions and introduces its application taking Well Tailai 2 as an example. The overflow of Well Tailai 2 occurs when makes a short trip in the depth of 5,430 m. Due to the improper disposal, a large number of gases flow into the wellbore. Because the hydrogen embrittlement fracture occurs at 1,546.82 m for the hydrogen sulfide corrosion drilling tools, shut-in casing pressure is up to 43.12 MPa and the unconventional well killing technique is applied successfully to pressure stabilizing gas and remove the well control risk. Success of the well killing can accumulate certain experiences for the future killing of empty well.
