足部穴位艾灸对妇科全身麻醉患者术后体温恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸足部穴位促进妇科全身麻醉患者术后低体温恢复的效果。方法便利抽样选择86例妇科全身麻醉术后低体温患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。术后对照组患者采用常规保暖,观察组患者在常规保暖的基础上给予足部穴位艾灸,观察两组患者体温及寒战变化情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后体温恢复及寒战缓解所需时间均明显缩短(均P<0.01)。结论艾灸足部穴位能有效地促进妇科全身麻醉患者术后低体温恢复及寒战缓解。Objective To explore the effects of foot moxibustion on recovery of postoperative hypothermia on gynecological patients accepted general aqnesthesia.Methods 86 gynecological patients with postoperative hypothermia accepted general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group received conventional thermal treatment.The observation group received foot moxibustion in addition to conventional thermal.The changes in body temperature and shivering were observed and recorded.Results Compared with the control group,significantly shortened body temperature recovery time and shivering remission time were obtained in observation group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Foot moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of postoperative hypothermia and alleviation of shivering in gynecological patients undergone general anesthesia.
