依托信息化平台设置高危药品警示标志的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探索一种科学的高危药品管理模式,以提高临床护理安全管理水平。方法对临床使用高危药品治疗的患者,依托信息化平台在其治疗单、输液标签、巡视卡上应用特殊符号进行警示标志。结果高危药品警示标志可以降低护理不良事件的发生率(P<0.01),确保护理安全,提高患者满意度及相关知识知晓率(均P<0.05)。结论高危药品警示标志的使用,能降低护理安全风险,保障患者安全,提高患者满意度,值得在临床应用和推广。Objective To explore a scientific management mode for high-risk drugs,and to enhance the nursing safety management.Methods Based on the information platform to warning labeling the treatment report,transfusion label and patrol card by using specific symbols for the patients with high-risk drug treatment.Results Warning lable of high-risk drugs can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse activites（P〈0.01）,and to ensure the safety of nursing care,improving patient＇s satisfaction level and awareness rate of relevance knowledge（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The usage of warning labels of high-risk drugs can reduce the risk of nursing safety,and ensure the safety of patients,and improve patient＇s satisfaction level,it is worthwhile to promote on clinical trials.
