摘　　要：本文简要概述了植物检疫证书在国际贸易中的重要作用。从国际准则视角,介绍了国际贸易中植物检疫证书的使用及管理要求,并简要介绍了我国进出境植物检疫证书出证管理工作。This article outlined the importance of phytosanitary certificates in international trading, The use of the phytosanitary certificate and its regulation requirements were discussed from the perspectives of international principle, the issuing management of the phytosanitary certificates in China were also introduced.
