杰克贝尔氏粉蚧对强制热空气和热水处理的耐受性比较

摘　　要：杰克贝尔氏粉蚧(Pseudococcus jackbeardsleyi Gimpel et Miller)是一种能够危害多种经济作物、分布广泛、具有重要检疫意义的有害生物。采用强制热空气和热水对杰克贝尔氏粉蚧各虫态进行处理,并采用热动力学模型分析死亡率与加热时间的关系,以比较两种处理方式下各虫态的耐受性差异。结果表明:49℃90%RH强制热空气处理卵、1龄若虫、2龄若虫、3龄若虫和雌成虫死亡率达到99.9968%的时间(LT99.9968)分别为70.39、67.15、78.47、94.12和112.75min,耐热性随发育龄期增加而增加,雌成虫为最耐受虫态。而在49℃热水处理中,卵、1龄、2龄、3龄若虫和雌成虫的LT99.9968分别为21.67、14.10、15.45、18.67和20.26min,因此,卵耐受性最强,雌成虫耐受性与卵相近,强于其他虫态。建议49℃90%RH强制热空气处理113min和49℃热水处理22min作为杰克贝尔氏粉蚧检疫处理的技术指标。Jack Beardsley mealybug, Pseudococcus jackbeardsleyi Gimpel et Miller, is a pest with quarantine importance because of its wide range of economic hosts and its ability to expand its geographic range. All the developmental stages were respectively treated with forced hot air treatment （FHAT, 49 ℃ 90%RH） and hot water immersion （HW, 49℃） under a series of time to observe the mortality of P jackbeardsleyi, and the Thermal Death Kinetic Model was used to analyze the relationship between mortality and heating time for the comparison of the tolerance to heat. The results showed that the estimated lethal time to 99.9968% mortality （LT99,9968） for eggs, 1 st nymphs, 2rid nymphs, 3rd nymphs, and female adults were 70.39, 67.15, 78.47, 94.12, and 112.75 min, respectively, under FHAT. The tolerance to heat increases with increasing ages and developmental stages, and female adults are determined to be the most tolerant stage. In the hot water immersing, the LT99.9968 was 21.67 （eggs）, 14.10 （1 st）, 15.45 （2nd）, 18.67 （3rd）, and 20.26 min （female adults）, respectively. The eggs, which are closely tolerant with female adults, are determined to be the most tolerant stage. As a consequence, the research demonstrates that FHAT （49℃ 90%RH, 113 rain） and HW （49℃, 22 rain） could provide quarantine security for controlling of Jack Beardsley mealybug on shipped commodities.
