摘　　要：广东检验检疫技术中心从日本进境的景观植物根际介质中鉴定了2种毛刺线虫:日本毛刺线虫(Trichodorus japonicus Zhao,Xie,Gu&Xu,2013)、雪松毛刺线虫(Trichodorus cedarusYokoo,1964)。对上述2种线虫进行了形态测计、rDNA序列测定及系统进化分析。其中日本毛刺线虫为国内首次从进境的植物根际介质中截获的线虫新种。Trichodorusjaponicus Zhao, Xie, Gu ＆ Xu, 2013, Trichodorus cedarus Yokoo, 1964 from soil around roots of omamental plants imported from Japan were described. Morphometrics, rDNA sequences and phylogenetic analysis were given for the two species. Among them, Trichodorus japonicus is the first new species of plant nematodes intercepted from imported ornamental plant by the General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China.
