摘  要:应用RT-PCR方法对采自北京地区的啤酒花样品进行检测,结果表明啤酒花携带啤酒花潜隐类病毒(Hop latent viroid,HLVd)。将此分离物(HLVd-bj)的全基因组序列克隆后进行序列分析,结果表明HLVd-bj的基因组全长为256bp,与已经报道中国新疆地区的HLVd分离物同源性达100%,与美国HLVd分离物同源性达99%,表明该分离物为啤酒花潜隐类病毒。二级结构比对的结果表明,碱基变异位置基本在左手区(T1),致病区(P)以及右手末端区(T2)。The viroid sample collected from hops in Beijing was detected with RT-PCR. The result showed that the sample was infected by Hop latent viroid (HLVd). The whole nucleotide sequence of this isolate was determined and analyzed. The viral genome comprised 256 bp nucleotides. The sequence identity between this hops isolate and the published virus isolate from Xinjiang was 100%, while between the virus isolate from USA it was 99%. It further indicated that the isolate was HLVd. The result of secondary structure comparison showed that the nucleotide variation positions were substantially in Terminal left conserved region, Pathogenic region and Terminal right conserved region.
