摘 要:褪黑素是一种主要由松果体分泌的神经内分泌激素,它可通过褪黑素受体(MTNR)1和MTNR2介导影响机体的胰岛素分泌,还可通过改善靶细胞的胰岛素敏感性来参与2型糖尿病的发生。同时,MTNR1B基因变异也与2型糖尿病的发病率密切相关。褪黑素利用其强大的抗氧化作用改善机体的高氧化应激状态,并通过对人体不同部位血管的收缩舒张活动进行差异性调节,发挥其血管内皮保护作用,同时其神经组织保护、降血糖等作用均可延缓2型糖尿病并发症的发生与发展。Melatonin is a neuroendoerine hormone mainly secreted by the pineal gland, which takes part in the occurrence of type 2 diabetes by affecting the secretion of insulin mediated by melatonin receptor MT1 and MT2, and improving the insulin sensitivity of target cells. Meanwhile, MTNR1B gene variation is closely related to the morbidity of type 2 diabetes. Melatonin can also delay the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes complications through its antioxidation which can ameliorate high oxidative stress status, and its different regulation of vasomotor function in different parts of human body can protect vascular endothelial. At the same time, its functions of neural tissue protection and blood sugar lowering also participate in this process.
