摘　　要：右美托咪定(DEX)是一种高效、高选择性的肾上腺素能α2受体激动剂,它已于1999年经食品和药物管理局批准用于重症监护病房成人的镇静、镇痛。近年来,DEX越来越多的应用于小儿,其在小儿镇静、抗焦虑、镇痛、抗交感、抑制应激反应、稳定血流动力学等方面都收到了很好的效果。该文就DEX用于小儿临床麻醉的应用以及安全性作一综述。Dexmedetomidine（DEX） is a highly efficient,highly selective adrenergic α2 receptor agonist,it was approved by the FDA in 1999 for the sedation of adult intensive care unit.In recent years,DEX has presented good effects in the pediatric sedation,anxiolytic,analgesic,anti-sympathetic,inhibition of the stress response,and stablizing hemodynamic.Here is to make a review of the application and safety of DEX in pediatric clinical anesthesia.
