摘  要:为了克服故障发生后导致设备必须强制维修的弊端,探讨了基于网络环境的设备故障诊断与预测维修。基于对事后维修、预防维修与预测维修等3种制度的比较,指出了单机故障诊断系统的局限性,研究了故障诊断方法,探讨了基于网络环境的设备故障诊断技术。以电力设备预测维修为例,验证了预测维修制度的优势。研究结果表明:基于网络环境的设备故障诊断方法是可行与合理的,有利于预防设备事故的发生,可提高系统运行的可靠性、安全性和有效性。In order to overcome the malpractice leaded to compulsory maintenance of equipment for preventing the occurrence of fault,the paper explored the equipment fault diagnosis and the predictive maintenance based on computer network environment.In the paper,it conducted the comparison research based on three sorts of breakdown maintenance (BM),preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PRM) system,pointed out the boundedness of the single fault diagnosis system,researched on the fault diagnosis method,and explored the equipment fault diagnosis technology based on computer network environment.It took the predictive maintenance of power equipment as an example,and demonstrated the superiority of predictive maintenance (PRM) system.The research result shows that it is feasible and reasonable to the equipment fault diagnosis method based on computer network environment,conducive to the prevention of accidents,and can greatly improve the reliability,safety and effectiveness of system operating.
