摘　　要：建立了简便、快捷巴氯酚[4-氨基-3-(4-氯苯基)-丁酸]的高效液相色谱定量分析方法;色谱柱Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相v(0.30 mol/L冰醋酸水溶液)∶v(甲醇)∶v(0.36 mol/L乙酸钠水溶液)=55∶44∶20,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长226 nm。方法精密度良好,RSD值为0.11%(n=5),平均加标回收率为100.54%,RSD为1.76%(n=5)。A HPLC analysis method for 4-amino-3-（4-chlorophenyl）butyric acid was developed and the conditions were set as follows： column, Diamonsil C18 （250 min×4.6 mm） ; mobile phase, （0.30 mol/L acetic acid） ：（methanol）：（0.36 mol/L sodium acetate）=55：44：20; flow rate, 1 mL/min; wavelength, 226 nm. The method showed an average recovery of 100.54% with RSD of 1.76% （n=5）, indicating that this method is simply, fast and accurate.
