摘 要:以生产偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC发泡剂)的尾渣为原料,用重结晶的方法制备一水碳酸钠。主要考察了结晶温度、结晶时间、母液套用次数等因素对一水碳酸钠的质量和收率的影响。确定了由尾渣回收碳酸钠的工艺条件:蒸发温度为85℃,结晶时间为60 min,母液套用两次,可使碳酸钠的收率达到89.28%。该工艺具有产品纯度高、工艺流程简单、操作简便等优点,可实现尾渣的资源化和绿色利用。Sodium carbonate monohydrate was prepared by recrystallization method with tailings from the production of ADC foaming agent as raw material.The influences of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, and use times of the mother liquid on the quality and yield of the sodium carbonate monohydrate were mainly investigated.The optimum process conditions were as follows : evaporation temperature was 85℃, crystallization time was 60 min, and use times of the mother liquid was 2. The yield could be up to 89.28% under the optimum coditions.The process has the advantages of high product purity, simple process, and easy operation etc., which can realize tailings comprehensive utilization, and the green utilization.
