摘　　要：探讨公检原棉计算机配棉系统在纺织厂的应用。介绍了计算机配棉系统的使用背景、构成和特点。阐述了公检原棉计算机配棉系统的运行流程和系统功能。对应用计算机配棉系统后的纺纱质量指标进行了分析对比。指出了计算机配棉系统在运行中易出现的问题及解决方法。认为:使用计算机配棉系统配棉效率高,纺纱质量稳定,可节约配棉成本;同时操作简单、数据处理规范方便、系统功能强大,综合信息共享,有利于企业信息管理网络化建设。Application of computer cotton assorting system based on notary inspection cotton in textile mill was dis- cussed. Use background, structure and performance of computer cotton assorting system were introduced. Operation pro- cedures and system functions of computer cotton assorting system based on notary inspection cotton were introduced. Quality indexes of the yarn spun by the system were contrasted and analyzed. Problems appeared easily in using the sys- tem and the related solutions were pointed out. It is considered that efficiency of the system is higher,the yarn quality is stable, cotton assorting cost can be saved, the operation is sample, data can be processed standardized and easily. Comprehensive information can be shared which is helpful for construction of enterprise information management network.
