摘 要:探讨轧花加工中皮棉清理次数对机采棉纺纱性能的影响。介绍了机采棉的发展概况。机采棉含杂较高,增加清理工序会对棉纤维造成损伤,进而影响其纺纱性能。试验选取经过不同皮棉清理次数后的机采棉分别进行小样单唛试纺,结果表明:随着皮棉清理次数的增加,纱线的强伸性下降,线密度变小,特数偏差有较为明显的增加,条干CV值、粗节、细节、棉结和毛羽指标均增加,其中经过三次清理工序后成纱各项指标恶化更为明显。认为:轧花厂应减少皮棉清理的次数,合理设计加工设备工艺,完善制度,以提高成纱质量。Effect of ginned cotton cleaning times on machine picked cotton spinning property was discussed. De- velopment overview of machine picked cotton was introduced. Impurity content in machine picked cotton was higher, cot- ton fiber would be injured when increasing cleaning times, then the cotton spinning property would be effected. Yam was spun with single bale machine picked cotton which treated by different ginned cotton cleaning times. The result shows that yarn strength and elongation are reduced, yarn linear density is reduced, yarn count deviation is increased and yarn evenness,thick places, thin places, neps and hairiness H value are increased when increasing ginned cotton cleaning times. Yarn indexes are deteriorated when machine picked cotton is cleaned three times. It is considered that ginned cot- ton cleaning times should be reduced, equipment process should be designed rationally, system should be perfected to im- prove quality of machine picked cotton.
