摘 要:为了获得导电性能优良的导电织物,在制备聚苯胺导电织物过程中引入超声波场;试验测试了超声波下盐酸浓度、过硫酸铵浓度、聚合时间、反应温度等对导电织物导电性能和织物上聚苯胺增重率的影响,以优化聚合条件。试验结果表明:当超声波对织物表面处理时间为30min,盐酸浓度为1.6mol/L,过硫酸铵浓度为0.12mol/L,反应时间为60min,反应温度为0℃~20℃,超声波处理额定电流为3.5A时,织物的表面比电阻最小,可以降到1.0×10^2数量级。认为:引入超声波场制备导电织物具有经济、简便、实用、快捷的特点。To get better conductive fabric, ultrasonic was used in manufacturing polyaniline conductive fabric. Effect of factors on fabric conductivity and polyaniline weighting percentage were tested to optimize polymerization condi- tion including concentration of hydrochloric acid, concentration of ammonium persulfate, polymerization time and reaction temperature. The test result shows that fabric surface resistivity is the least and can be reduced to about 1.0×10^2 when reaction time of ultrasonic is 30 min,concentration of hydrochloric acid is I. 6 mol/L, concentration of ammonium persul- fate is 0.12 mol/L,reaction time is 60 rain,reaction temperature is 0℃-20℃, uhrasonic treatment rate current is 3.5 A, It is considered that it is economy,easy, practical and fast when adopting ultrasonic to manufacturing conductive fabric.
