摘 要:从定性和定量的角度研究织物色差检测方法。定性检测是由相似性度量算法实现;定量检测利用色差公式计算织物的色差值。采用SP60型积分球式分光光度仪对织物色差进行定量检测,对所提出的色差检测算法进行验证。试验结果表明:定性检测方法可快速判别出不同织物颜色的相似性,但对噪声敏感,需要对采集到的图像进行预处理操作;定量计算方法能够准确得到不同织物在同一着色点或者同一区域内的色差值,进而及时防止织物染色过程可能出现的颜色偏差问题。认为:可根据实际情况选择一种或几种方法结合起来进行织物色差测量,以保证测量结果的准确性。Test methods of fabric color difference from qualitative and quantitative were studied. Qualitative test was realized through similarity measure algorithm. For quantitative test, color difference formula was used to calculate fabric color difference value. SP60 Integrating Sphere Spectrophotometer was used to test fabric color difference quantita- tively, new test method was verified. The test result shows that similarity of different fabrics can be distinguished quickly by qualitative test method,while the test is sensitive to noise, the collected pictures should be pre-treated. Color differ- ence values can be got accurately by the quantitative test either same coloring point or same area of different fabrics, so color difference can be prevented timely in dyeing. It is considered that fabric color difference can be tested by one method or several methods to ensure test result accuracy according to practical situation.
