摘　　要：探讨色纺牛仔赛络竹节纱的纺纱工艺。将色纺、赛络纺、竹节纱等纺纱技术相结合,融入牛仔元素纺制纯棉色纺牛仔赛络竹节纱。通过选择优质原料,优选配色方案和混色方法,在各工序采取了针对性的技术措施。粗纱工序采用"轻定量、大捻度、小后区牵伸、小钳口隔距"的工艺原则;细纱工序进行设备改造,并优选竹节纱参数、捻系数、前罗拉速度、后区罗拉隔距及牵伸倍数、喂入喇叭口中心距等主要工艺参数;络筒工序采用"低速度、小张力、严清纱门限"工艺,最终可成功开发出质量满足使用要求的JC 19.7 tex赛络竹节纱。Spinning process of colored spinning denim siro slub yarn was discussed. Spinning technology of color spinning, siro spinning, slub yarn were combined, pure cotton color spinning denim siro slub yarn was produced. Raw material with better quality was selected, color match case and blending method were optimized, technology measures were adopted in each process accordingly. Processing principle of less weight per unit, larger twist factor, smaller draft of back zone, less gauges of nipper was adopted. Related equipment modification was adopted in spinning process. Main processing parameter were optimized including slub yarn parameter, twist factor, front roller speed, roller gauges of back zone, draft multiple and central distance of bells. Processing principle of lower speed, less tension and strict yarn clean- ing threshold was adopted,finally quality demand of JC 19.7 rex siro slnb yarn can be reached.
